As you know, indoor racing takes a lot of luck. Over 80 TQ midgets were entered for the "Gambler's Classic" race in Atlantic City, NJ. Only 24 cars and drivers started the final race. On Thursday, we ran a few rounds of practice which went very solid. Friday, we had a motor issue in qualifying which put us in 40th spot out of 83 cars. We charged from 40th spot to 26th, missing the transfer to the final race by 2 spots. On Saturday, we were in just about the same boat.
